MILO: WHAT D'YOU THINK, DENT?
TWO-FACE: THE MOON IS SO BEAUTIFUL.
Milo stands behind Two-Face, who continues to gaze up raptly. Two-Face is crying.
Milo simply look bad-tempered. (The thing about Milo is that he's supposed to have been exposed to a 'madness gas' of his own devising. According to 'Who's Who', 'the effects of the madness gas have not been neutralized and Professor Milo remains in custody at Arkham Asylum.' What we're implying here is that the gas has worn off but the poor bastard can't convince anyone that he's back to normal.)MILO: WHAT?
TWO-FACE: IT'S A BIG SILVER DOLLAR, FLIPPED BY GOD.
TWO-FACE: AND IT LANDED SCARRED SIDE UP, SEE ?
We see only the acid-scarred left hand side of Dent's face as he continues to stare at the moon, continues to cry and delivers his bleak punchline.
TWO-FACE: SO HE MADE THE WORLD.
